Victory Power Development Link is a Community Based Organisation which was founded in 2015 and Registered with Kampala Capital City Authority, Uganda National NGO Board in response to many mentally/ physically handicapped children /who are greatly discriminated in the community.

Mission:The organization envisions to provide the skill & knowledge to the under privilege Strata of the society so that they can recognize and use the resources around them for their holistic empowerment
